Position SummaryWe are seeking a dependable, nurturing, and trustworthy Kids Club Manager to join our dedicated Childcare team. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment. The manager reports to the Operations Manager and will lead, coach, and train the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun, and active environment for children ages one to twelve.
Responsibilities- Oversee the Kids Club facility, ensuring a safe and secure environment for children.
- Supervise children’s activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and monitoring staff to maintain child‑to‑staff ratios.
- Manage reservations, child agreements, attendance records, and licensing compliance.
- Develop age‑appropriate activities, games, and crafts.
- Implement emergency procedures, evacuation plans, and first aid protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall facility cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians.
- Communicate policies and updates with parents, staff, and gym management.
- Support front‑desk and gym operations when children are not present.
- 1‑2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
- Knowledge of child development, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Passion for working with children and fostering a nurturing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and proficient in record‑keeping.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Must pass a background check.
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to work in a gym setting, communicate with employees, members, and the public.
- Ability to lift >40 lbs and bend routinely.
- Ability to access and operate the company computer system, prepare documents, enter data, and read reports.
$15 – $15 USD
