Essential Purpose

Lead, coach, and train the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun, and active environment for children.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for children aged two to twelve years old.
  • Supervise children’s activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Manage reservations and child agreements, ensuring efficient communication with parents and tracking bookings.
  • Support with daily and weekly tasks and ensure efficient team operations.
  • Implement emergency procedures for the Kids Club, including evacuation plans and first aid protocols.
  • Develop age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the Kids Club facility and throughout the gym.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and gym management regarding Kids Club policies and updates.
  • Foster positive relationships with members and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
  • Knowledge of child development principles, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate Kids Club operating hours.
  • Detail-oriented, systematic, and thorough approach to problem-solving with good time management, organization, and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Requirements
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to work in a gym setting, moving about club floors and rooms, and communicate with employees, members, and the public.
  • Ability to access and operate the company computer system, including preparing documents, entering data, and reading reports.
  • Ability to bend routinely and repetitively and lift more than 40 lbs.
Eligible For Additional Compensation (Inclusive Of)
  • Tenure Pay
Hourly Pay Range

$16.50–$18.50 per hour
