As a Traveling Superintendent, you will work on exciting projects in different markets, often with extended overnight stays out of town. You will supervise all field staff, ensure projects are completed according to plans and specifications, collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders, maintain project materials and equipment, manage daily reporting, safety, and accident reports, and meet project schedules. You will also promote rand*’s reputation for client service.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
- 15 years’ experience as lead superintendent on commercial interior, retail, or building renovation projects.
- Excellent safety record and audit skills.
- Ability to conduct site walks, quality control, punch lists, and training of other superintendents.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Capable of managing projects up to $10M.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- 10+ years’ experience as lead superintendent on commercial interior, retail, or building renovation projects.
- Strong independent judgment and decision making.
- Proactive, professional, and diplomatic communication.
- Complex issue troubleshooting, deadline management, detailed prioritization.
This is a travel role. Travel may range from 90 miles from a local rand
