A respected Utah-based heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Superintendent hybrid to lead multiple recently awarded bridge construction projects in Northern Utah. This is a key leadership role for a hands‑on builder who can manage both field operations and project administration with equal strength.

, with the ability to oversee crews, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client communication from start to finish. This role requires a leader who thrives in the field while still maintaining strong planning, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Oversee day‑to‑day field operations for recently awarded bridge projects in the Tremonton/Box Elder County region.
- Manage all phases of construction as both Project Manager and Superintendent.
- Lead underground utility scopes tied to bridge and roadway improvements.
- Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, municipalities, and key project stakeholders.
- Maintain daily reporting, project documentation, progress tracking, and cost control.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Direct and mentor field crews for productivity, safety, and excellence.
- Work closely with executive leadership on staffing, procurement, schedules, and project strategy.
- 7+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, specifically bridge construction and structural concrete
. - Extensive experience in underground utilities (storm drain, water, sewer).
- Proven ability to manage both field operations and project administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling, planning, and construction documentation.
- Ability to travel daily to project sites in Northern Utah (per diem available if needed).
- OSHA 30 or willingness to obtain.
A hands‑on, solutions‑oriented leader who enjoys being in the field as much as managing the project details. Someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive project success from planning through completion.
