Are you an experienced Project Manager with expertise building Water and Wastewater Treatment projects? If so, we'd love to introduce you to our client, a leading construction company in Utah specializing in water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, general site, earthwork, and underground wet utility projects. • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiations, and performance.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks, addressing challenges proactively to ensure project success.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, including water infrastructure, underground utilities, or structural concrete.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Viewpoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
