We are hiring an experienced Concrete Foreman to run slab crews on commercial and residential projects. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can manage crews, quality, and production on‑site.
Responsibilities- Supervise slab crews from layout to finish
- Read plans and pour schedules
- Coordinate forming, rebar, embeds, and concrete pours
- Manage daily manpower and production
- Ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
- Communicate with project managers and inspectors
- 5+ years of concrete experience with slab work
- Prior foreman or lead experience
- Strong knowledge of forming, rebar, and finishing
- Ability to lead crews and keep jobs moving
- Reliable and safety‑minded
