Construction Estimating Assistant

Pay: $20-$25 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | Typically 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (some flexibility)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimating Assistant to support our estimating and project teams with accurate, timely cost estimates for construction projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, documents, and project coordination in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

Assist with quantity takeoffs and gathering pricing information
Help prepare bid packages and support estimators during the bidding process
Provide project support for awarded contracts, including:
Coordinating submittals
Communicating with contractors
Managing project documentation and correspondence
Assisting with billing and material ordering
Maintain organized and accurate project records

What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (skills will be tested)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
