- AssistwithOSHAcompliance,documentation,reporting,andcorrectiveactionfollow-through
- Promoteaculturewheresafetyisviewedasanoperationaladvancenotjustarequirement
- Strongsafetyleadershipexperiencewithinheavycivilconstruction
- Experiencesupportingprojectssuchasroadway,structural concrete,excavation,utilities,bridges,orwater/wastewater
- Abilityandwillingnesstotravelfrequentlytoactivejobsites
- Strongcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytobuildtrustinthefieldandwithleadershipteams
- WorkingknowledgeofOSHAstandardsandconstructionsafetybestpractices
- CHST/OSHA
500/510orrelatedcertificationsrequired - Someonewhoisproactive,field-focused,andpassionateaboutdevelopingstrongteamsandsafeprojects
