Designation: Graphic Designer

Location: Noida

Principal Accountabilities:

• The responsibilities of a graphic designer include creating designs according to specifications and improving design tasks
• Understanding project requirements and ideas
• Using graphic techniques to create drafts
• Collaborating with the team to launch projects

Responsibilities:

• Closely work with the Marketing team for design solutions.
• Research, assist, and present new ideas for a variety of creative marketing campaigns.
• Stronghold on Color, Typography, and Composition skills.

Work Context:

• Responsible for Design Layouts, Producing images, and developing styles for websites, social media profiles, and corporate communications.
• Conceptualize and execute specific design assignments ranging from website design, packaging, marketing collateral, advertising, full-scale branding campaigns to one-off social media graphical content.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all Adobe programs.
• Proactively facilitate A/B testing to help improve quality and CTR of creatives
• Act as an active contributor to brainstorming discussions.
• Must have the ability to ideate and be able to contribute to various creative wireframes.
• Must have an optimistic attitude towards feedback from the team members.
• Must take complete ownership of the task assigned and be proactive in initiating new ideas and suggestions.
• Having video editing knowledge will be a plus.

Role Requirements:

• An online portfolio of work demonstrating visual branding, online marketing, and other relevant samples
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Graphic design, branding, and social media marketing
• Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva
• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent professional experience
• Experience defining or maintaining a design style guide or branding guidelines
• Exceptional sense of typography, imagery, colors, composition, and visual layouts
• Must keep up with recent developments in the design industry
• Must be self-motivated, and process-driven to achieve the best optimum quality in the given timeline
• Experience with basic video editing skill will be plus
