Customer Support Agent – Iden Trust

Job
Responsible for providing 1st level support for Iden Trust customers and related products. This position involves effectively communicating with the customer and using the appropriate tools for troubleshooting and ticketing issue resolution.

Responsibilities- Responding to informational/technical related requests via telephone and email.
- Creating detailed entries of call records into the ticketing system.
- Working with and troubleshooting in Windows operating system.
- Building a positive rapport with customers and taking ownership of issues raised.
- Staying current on security policies and practices.
- High School Diploma/GED; some college coursework completed in Computer Sciences.
- 0–1 year(s) experience in customer support or related field.
- 0–1 year(s) experience providing technical assistance via phone.
- Excellent communication skills and proven record of providing excellent customer service.
- Troubleshooting and resolution skills, researching problems before escalating.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on business need.
