Customer Service Representative; Flex

Job Description

At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing telephone support to customers regarding their account activity.

Regions Home Improvement Financing, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and independent contractors to provide Point-of-Sale financing capabilities. This enables these partners to provide homeowners with an additional option to pay for various improvements to their homes, benefiting both the contractor partner and the homeowner.

• Provides telephone support for customers
• Counsels customers regarding loan accounts
• Documents conversations with customers and actions taken
• Processes customer payments via phone
• Performs customer account maintenance requests
• Reviews and notes accounts for customer correspondence
• Performs other assigned tasks when appropriate

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to learn additional systems including Serv Loan and Unifi
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations
• Ability to work on a team
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Strongly preferred:

• One (1) year experience in customer service

• This position is available onsite in Salt Lake City or Provo
• Schedule:
  
  40 hours Monday-Friday during business hours
• Flex opportunity following full time in office training (Must be in good standing)

This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Job Range Target:

Minimum: $37,750.00 USD

Median: $44,940.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:

This job is not incentive eligible.
