Client Solutions Specialist

Location : 4455 Atherton Drive, Salt Lake City, UT

Duration : 12 months with possible extension

We are seeking a Client Solutions Specialist I to join our Service Department. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience in customer service/call center environments
, preferably within healthcare or medical devices.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and web inquiries.
• Process medical device service and repair requests, including warranty and non-warranty repairs.
• Provide customers with repair status, estimates, approvals, and service information.
• Process confidential customer and billing information accurately.
• Maintain service records and customer information within ERP/CRM systems.
• Resolve customer inquiries while meeting service and response-time metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ year of customer service/call center experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS) and Complaint Management Systems preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and related applications.
