Client Solutions Specialist

The Client Solutions Specialist I provides customer support for medical device service and repair inquiries. This role handles inbound and outbound calls, emails, service requests, repair authorizations, warranty inquiries, and repair status updates while maintaining accurate records and confidential customer information.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and web-based inquiries.
• Process medical device repair requests, return authorizations, and preventive maintenance requests.
• Provide updates on repair status, service estimates, warranties, and service coverage.
• Maintain customer, billing, and service records using ERP systems.
• Contact customers to obtain repair estimate approvals and follow up on pending authorizations.
• Resolve customer concerns while meeting service response, documentation, and customer satisfaction goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• French–English bilingual proficiency required for daily communication.
• At least 1 year of customer call center experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• At least 1 year of experience with Complaint Management Systems.
• Experience with ERP systems, such as Oracle EBS.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Biomedical or electromechanical device knowledge preferred.
• Primarily sedentary work in a professional office environment.
• Travel required less than 5% of the time.
