Step Into a Role Beyond Dental or Chiropractic Assisting — Welcome to The Lift Clinic

Are you a clinically experienced dental or chiropractic assistant who knows you’re ready for more? More purpose. More challenge. More growth.

At The Lift Clinic in downtown Salt Lake City, we don’t just adjust necks or fit oral appliances — we help patients reclaim their health, their sleep, and their lives through cutting‑edge stabilization technologies and deep care that transcends the ordinary.

What We Do

We blend high-tech tools with high-touch care to treat TMJ, facial pain, sleep apnea, and postural dysfunction through proprietary protocols that stabilize the craniocervical junction (CCJ). Patients travel from all over the country and abroad — and they don’t come here for average care. They come for us.

If you’re looking for more than just another clinic job, and you’re eager to expand your clinical reach while making a tangible impact —
we want to meet you.

Responsibilities What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with both our dentist and upper cervical chiropractor to implement customized treatment plans for our complex and deeply appreciative patient base. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lab & Appliance Management
  • Liaise with dental labs to design and order our proprietary appliances: the Equibite and Sleep Stabilizer
  • Oversee production and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate aligner trays, orthopedic orthodontics, growth appliances, and medical sleep devices with our functional dentist
  • Sleep Testing & Records
  • Manage and prepare home sleep test kits and related supplies
  • Oversee digital records, including:
  • Prescriptions and bite registrations
  • Occlusal bite‑force maps (T-Scan)
  • CBCT and digital x-rays
  • Organized EHS data entry and maintenance
  • Clinical & Lab Support
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well‑equipped procedure areas, occlusal lab, and imaging stations
  • Perform intraoral digital scans, habitual bite scans, and plantar force mapping
  • Patient Coordination & Front Office Support
  • Assist with scheduling, intake paperwork, clinical consultations, and digital communications
  • Occasionally help coordinate extended stays for out‑of‑town patients (e.g., at the Alta Club)
  • Support event planning for seminars, training sessions, and team activities
  • Help with payment collection, patient financing, and pre‑treatment paperwork when needed
  • Clinic Culture
  • Help care for our office plants and maintain a positive, welcoming environment
Qualifications
  • Experience in dental, medical, or chiropractic assisting is also essential, however dental assisting is preferred. No current license or certification is required—just solid clinical experience, a sharp mind, and a “can do” attitude.
  • Punctuality, professionalism, a healthy demeanor, and attention to detail are all vital. (If these aren’t your strengths, you probably won’t love it here.)
  • Fluency in English is required. Spanish or another second language may increase your base pay.
  • Strong communication skills across the board—with patients, staff, and our broader healthcare community.
  • Competency with computers and digital systems is expected. (You know what I mean.)
  • We’re a small team that believes work doesn’t have to feel like drudgery. We respect, rely on, and care for each other. Laughter is welcome, suggestions are appreciated, and good ideas are always encouraged.
