• Contribute as a designer on projects from conceptual design through construction documentation
• Guide and support project teams in the development of design across all phases, including design development and construction documents
• Participate in design efforts and client presentations to help build and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop original design concepts and effectively implement designs developed by others
• Prepare graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction documents to clearly convey design intent
• Deliver comprehensive project design presentations to client user groups and stakeholders
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies, and other project partners to meet overall project objectives
• Manage project details in collaboration with consulting design and engineering teams
• Work closely with internal teams to manage client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination
• Conduct product research and evaluate materials and systems to support appropriate design selections
• Collaborate in team meetings to address design, technical, and coordination issues across disciplines
• Promote a positive team environment by managing conflict effectively
• Assist in delivering projects within established budgets while maintaining accountability to the project plan

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture
• Typically 3–5+ years of professional experience
• Proficiency in Revit;
  Autodesk Construction Cloud experience preferred
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office, and other graphic or design software preferred
• Strong understanding of architectural building systems, applicable codes, and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
