• Execute packaging concepts for Frozen and Ambient portfolios from ideation through final production.
• Ensure accuracy of claims, nutritionals, ingredient statements, dyelines, and regulatory/compliance content.
• Partner with R&D, Operations, and QA to confirm technical accuracy at every stage of development.
• Prepare, release, and manage print‑ and production‑ready files, ensuring adherence to timelines, technical specifications, quality standards, and printer requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues, including color management and printer feedback, to ensure successful execution.
• Adapt master artwork for size variations, multi‑SKU systems, and retailer‑specific requirements.
• Manage packaging partner and agency relationships to ensure smooth handoffs, version control, and execution.
• Adapt and extend agency‑developed creative into production‑ready and retailer‑specific files.
• Maintain and evolve the master brand design system, ensuring consistent application of typography, color, photography, and brand architecture across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with other designers to uphold brand standards and visual consistency.
• Create sales enablement assets—including sell‑in decks, sell sheets, planogram mockups, displays, shippers, and retailer presentation materials—to support launches and buyer meetings.
• Maintain organized templates, packaging archives, and content libraries.
• Implement efficient systems for versioning, naming conventions, file structure, and cross‑team asset access.

• A production‑minded designer with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Comfort collaborating with diverse partners (rom Sales to R&D to external printers).
• Ownership mentality and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• 5–7+ years’ experience in packaging design, production art, or CPG graphics.
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience preparing mechanicals, working with dyelines, and managing printer feedback.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A portfolio that demonstrates packaging experience and clean, consistent design execution.
