This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer at Elizabeth Hales Design in Salt Lake City, UT. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, interior architecture, sourcing materials and furnishings, builder presentations, leading client meetings, and more. The role involves overseeing and executing design projects from concept development to implementation, ensuring high-quality and innovative design solutions.

The position also involves leading, mentoring, and managing junior design assistants.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience
• Expert in Sketch Up, Revit, and 3D modeling tools like Lumion or Enscape
• Experience in managing and leading design projects
• Knowledge of luxury brands
• Creative leadership with strong design-forecasting insight
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines
