Family Medicine Physician – Salt Lake City, UT
We are seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our multi‑specialty clinic located in the Salt Lake City area. Our practice has a 100‑year reputation with high physician satisfaction and extremely low turnover.
Compensation & Benefits
- First‑year salary plus incentive
- Partnership offered at the beginning of the second year with a $100 buy‑in; 100% ownership by practicing physicians; equal footing after the first year
- Commission‑based income with partnership status
- Health, disability, and 401(k) coverage (100% paid)
- Profit sharing plans, CME, board examination coverage
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor
- US residency or equivalent
- Current US work visa
- Strong desire to practice in Utah
