Cleared background check through Granite School District.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Current Utah Concussion Training certification through National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS).

Job Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for directing, or assisting to direct, a competitive sport program and meeting the Utah High School Activities Association (UHSAA) requirements for the program. The coach is both a mentor and positive role model for all students with which they interact.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to build a positive working relationship with students, school staff, administration, parents, and the community.

Minimum Requirements:

• Cleared background check through Granite School District.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Utah Concussion Training certification through National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS).

Coaches have significant unsupervised access to students and are required to clear a background check prior to serving as a coach. Granite School District will cover the cost of this background check. #J-18808-Ljbffr
