You will combine exceptional coaching expertise with dynamic presenter presence, converting workshops, metrics-informed motivational sessions, and precise feedback into powerful developmental experiences.

- Developing and coaching Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops at world-class standards.
- Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and strategies for overcoming obstacles.
- Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that elevates student participation and outcomes.
- Personally coaching a limited student cohort, demonstrating exemplary motivation techniques and mentorship approaches.
- Designing lesson plans – your Guides support student learning via adaptive apps; you concentrate on preparing them to be outstanding motivators.
- Compromising on excellence – when our success threshold is 100%, your role is to uphold that standard.
- Running dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, high-impact, experiential learning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Guides and students to ensure every learner in your cohort experiences genuine enthusiasm for school, progresses at 2× the typical rate, and achieves mastery in essential life skills. Zero exceptions.
Basic Requirements- Currently residing in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at one of the Alpha Campuses (Bethesda, MD;
Boston, MA;
Chicago, IL;
Fort Lauderdale, FL;
Seattle, WA; or CA:
East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles). - Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or closely related areas.
- Proven track record designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training systems.
- Robust leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Background working with young people (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data and metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
