Case Manager, Student Rights

The University of Utah seeks a highly motivated, student- centered, and dedicated professional to serve as the Case Manager for Student Rights & Responsibilities. Reporting to the Assistant Director for Student Rights & Responsibilities , the Case Manager for Student Rights & Responsibilities facilitates all aspects of the student accountability process.

Additionally, this position may be asked to support the Student Support Team, as needed, to support the well-being and safety of individuals within the campus community by taking reports, gathering information, and providing coaching, support, and referrals to appropriate on and off-campus resources. Student Accountability (Conduct):

• Administer the student right and responsibilities process on campus in a manner that ensures student development and the consistent and fair application of University policies. This includes supporting all students involved in the Student Rights & Responsibilities process through respectful interactions, providing accurate and clear information, actively listening during all meetings so the student’s perspective is heard, and showing concern for the student’s well-being.
