We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our Salt Lake City office. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and oversight on a variety of structural engineering projects for our heavy industrial clients

• Lead and oversee structural engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence and successful delivery.
• Perform structural analysis and design for industrial, mining, and metals projects.
• Prepare and review project reports, construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other design professionals.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with client representatives and contractors during construction phases.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and provide recommendations for repairs or remediation.
• Review and provide technical guidance on structural engineering standards and codes.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Support business development and marketing efforts by contributing technical expertise and engaging with clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the United States, preferably in Utah or Arizona.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong background in mining and metals considered an asset.
• Extensive knowledge of structural engineering principles, codes, and standards.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage technical aspects of projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
