Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our engineering team in designing and developing advanced systems and equipment. • System Analysis and Optimization:
  Evaluate existing mechanical systems, equipment, and processes to identify areas for improvement, focusing on safety, efficiency, and productivity. Provide expert recommendations for system upgrades or enhancements.
• Project Leadership:
  Lead a team of engineers, guiding them in the design, development, and implementation of new systems or modifications to existing systems. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and technical excellence.
• Design and Planning:
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design high-quality systems that align with project objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including cost and time estimates, to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
• Quality Assurance:
  Oversee the testing and validation phases to ensure new designs and changes meet required specifications and standards. Participate actively in troubleshooting and adjusting systems based on test results.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  Maintain comprehensive records of all engineering processes, including designs, project plans, progress reports, and performance metrics. Generate detailed documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Mentorship and Development:
  Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices in mechanical engineering and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.
• Compliance and Safety:
  Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols as needed.

• Education:
  
  Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field is required; a masters degree is preferred.
• Certifications:
  
  FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) and PE (Professional Engineer) certifications are highly desired.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of leading engineering projects and teams.

• Technical Proficiency:
