We’re looking for a VDC Coordinator who is excited to support modeling, coordination, and estimating efforts across a variety of projects. If you don’t have hands‑on experience with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or Assemble — and haven’t worked in vertical construction — this might not be the right fit. YOUR DAY‑TO‑DAY
  • Produce 2D graphic illustrations, such as site logistics plans or CAD drawings
  • Develop 2D/3D construction models for site/underground coordination, MEP coordination, and self‑perform concrete drawings
  • Develop 3D models to support 4D processes in BD project pursuit and on current projects
  • Work with the project team to develop 2D/3D site‑specific logistics
  • Be involved in BD project positioning meetings/events
  • Manage project site logistics updates
  • Regular, timely, and predictable attendance is required
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Additional Duties And Responsibilities
  • Participate in the research and development of new technologies
  • Be involved in the community with local BIM organizations
  • Develop and manage 4D linking between 3D model and 4D solution
  • Create and process point cloud scans
  • Knowledge and/or experience with the use of drones; currently have or will obtain FAA certifications
YOU'RE READY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar is preferred
  • Experience in the commercial construction industry and with BIM software is strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Requirements
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of design and/or construction processes
  • Demonstrated strong 2D and 3D graphic skills
  • Experience working with building information models on design and/or construction projects
  • Working knowledge of BIM software including Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, Assemble Systems, etc.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Attention to small detail
  • Effective communication with all levels of employees, owners, architects, and subcontractors
  • Ability to read and understand information found in construction documents, plans, and specifications
