Project Manager – Engineering Services

We’re a national, growing engineering consultancy that delivers full-service EPC solutions to industrial process manufacturers across industries. It’s an exciting time to join our team as we continue to expand nationwide!

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who can take ownership of complex engineering projects from planning and scope development through execution and delivery. This is a great team for someone who is organized, relationship-driven and ready to take on meaningful, visible projects.

Position is on-site in Salt Lake City, Utah. Limited travel. Seeking local candidates only.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across process, mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• Build strong client relationships and ensure expectations are met (and exceeded)
• Communicate project goals clearly and keep everyone aligned
• Identify opportunities for additional work and support ongoing growth

• Proven experience leading EPC consulting projects from planning through delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, and client interaction
• Strong understanding of both front-end (conceptual) and detailed engineering processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted client relationships
• Background in EPC consulting is essential, ideally within consumer products or manufacturing environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a focus on detail, quality, and client success
