Packaging-Corporation-of-America seeks a Plant Optimization Engineer at our Salt Lake City corrugated box plant. This is a full-time, salaried position within a two-year POE program designed to develop recent engineering graduates through rotational assignments across Maintenance and Production.
During the program, you will work on process improvements, asset reliability, and support across plant functions, with opportunities to advance into a plant leadership path upon completion.
