Field Service Engineer
to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on technical professional who enjoys solving complex equipment challenges and supporting customers directly in the field. You'll work with advanced analytical X-ray systems, helping keep critical instruments running at peak performance through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Perform preventive maintenance on analytical X-ray systems
Troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic tools
Repair and verify instrument performance after service
Coordinate customer support calls and on-site visits
Prepare travel plans and expense reports
Document service completion and customer acceptance
Communicate with internal support teams
Attend product training as required

Required Qualifications &

Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of equipment repair experience
Background in mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of network interfacing
Valid driver's license
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to travel regularly

Skills & Experience:

Experience with high voltage circuitry
Exposure to analog electronics
Knowledge of vacuum systems
Familiarity with laser technology
Experience supporting scientific equipment

Other Information:

Frequent Monday through Friday travel is required
Some weekend and holiday work may be needed
