Secret Cleared Systems Engineer

We're supporting a high-visibility defense program developing airborne electronic warfare systems and are seeking Systems Engineers with an Active Secret Clearance
.

• Support the development, integration, testing, and sustainment of advanced airborne defense systems.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, RF, and mission systems teams to deliver new capabilities.
• Execute system integration, verification, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Support lab testing, qualification events, customer demonstrations, and operational test activities.
• Ensure systems meet performance requirements while resolving technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment focused on delivering mission-critical capabilities to the warfighter.

• Active Secret Clearance (Required)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of Systems Engineering experience in an Aerospace or Defense environment.
• Strong experience with system integration and testing.
• Experience working in a deliverable-driven engineering environment.

• Electronic Warfare (EW) experience.
• Aircraft, avionics, mission systems, or weapon systems experience.
• Background in RF systems, verification & validation, or requirements management.

• Work on cutting-edge Electronic Warfare and airborne defense programs.
