• Design mechanical equipment, assemblies, and components using Autodesk Inventor
• Develop detailed 3D models, production drawings, layouts, and BOMs
• Design fabricated and machined components with manufacturability in mind
• Perform engineering calculations and evaluate designs for fit, function, and reliability
• Collaborate with manufacturing, project, and field teams throughout the design process
• Modify and improve existing equipment based on performance and project requirements
• Support design reviews, troubleshooting, and implementation
• Manage engineering changes and maintain accurate design documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline preferred
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Inventor strongly preferred
• Experience designing mechanical equipment, machinery, or automated systems
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, GD&T, tolerancing, and manufacturing processes
• Experience with welded structures, sheet metal, fabricated components, bearings, shafts, motors, or similar machine components is a plus
• Ability to take projects from concept through detailed design and manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on engineering mindset
