Community Manager

• Act as the main liaison between the player community and internal development/marketing teams
• Manage community feedback loops and collaborate with publishing partners to address player concerns
• Organize and execute community-driven initiatives, such as AMAs and contests
• Host regular live streams and co-produce engaging video content for various platforms
• Maintain and manage the studio's social media channels and digital content library

• Minimum of 5 years in community management, content creation, or a similar public-facing role in gaming or related industries
• On-camera experience with live streaming or video production
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and internet communities
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in managing social channels and content calendars

• Experience working directly with a game development team
• Familiarity with live streaming tools and video editing software such as OBS and Adobe Premiere
• Background in content scripting or copywriting
• Experience with Unreal Engine and gameplay capture
