Zions Bank has just opened an opportunity for aReal Estate Commercial Loan Officerto finance Home builder companies. Position will bebased in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Ideal candidates will have these skills and experience
:

• Responsible for generating and servicing a wide variety of Real Estate Commercial loans to Home builder companies.

• Aggressively seeks and obtains quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross selling efforts.

• Represents the Bank in the community and respective marketing areas for the development and growth of new loan business.

• Interviews client for various loan needs.

• Responsible to monitor credit performance and take necessary actions as needed.

• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field and 1+ years credit associated lending or 3 years related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualification.

• Knowledge of commercial real estate and/or construction lending helpful. Familiarity of the sales and closing process helpful.

• Ability to develop and service new customers.

• Good analytical, credit analysis and loan structuring skills.

• Good communications and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to interview clients.

• Must have perceptive character judgment.

• Working knowledge of software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
