Description
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Full-Time FP&A Manager to join our Finance Department in Salt Lake City, Utah (Hybrid). This is an exciting opportunity to lead financial planning efforts, provide strategic insights, and drive business performance for a dynamic healthcare organization undergoing significant growth and transformation.
As FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and M&A due diligence to support Mountain Land’s expansion initiatives. Under the guidance of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will partner cross-functionally to enhance financial decision-making, optimize company growth, and support financial integration efforts. Your responsibilities will include leading financial reporting, conducting variance analysis, and improving financial processes for increased efficiency and transparency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes to align with company goals.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and capital expenditures.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide data-driven insights for operational improvements.
- Collaborate with regional managers, department heads, and clinic directors to optimize financial performance.
- Support investment decisions, pricing strategies, and cost management initiatives.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
- Improve financial reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct M&A due diligence, assessing financial risks, valuations, and integration planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Pay Range$135,000 - $165,000 depending on experience
Hours & BenefitsThis is a full-time, Monday - Friday, benefited position and is eligible to receive medical, dental, and vision insurances, as well as life insurances, 401k, and wellness incentives.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and drive decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with Net Suite and Net Suite Planning & Budgeting.
- Prior M&A due diligence and integration experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare or multi-location service industries.
