Selby Jennings is partnering with a newly established investment bank backed by a heavily funded financial institution. They are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join their growing Salt Lake City office. They are quickly expanding their team. Associates will work on lean deal teams, gain significant exposure to senior leadership, and have a clear path for upward mobility.

• Execute M&A transactions and capital raises across Industrials and Consumer sectors.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and pitch materials.
• Manage day-to-day deal execution, including due diligence and client communication.
• Collaborate closely with senior bankers and analysts in a team-oriented environment.
• Contribute to business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships.

• 2-4 years of investment banking experience, ideally at a reputable middle-market or elite boutique platform.
• Strong closed deal experience with ability to hit the ground running.
• Background in Industrials, Business Services, or Consumer sectors preferred.
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and willing to roll up sleeves to get into the details.
