Finance -Private Banking Operations

Job Overview

Individual within this role will be part of the Private Banking Operations team, a high‑paced risk management and client service team. The team is responsible for internal and external banking inquiries, daily vendor settlements, balance‑and‑break reconciliations, account enrollment, vendor management, and fraud monitoring for all banking products (e.g., debit cards, checking, ACH, Bill Pay, etc.) in support of the PWM client account base.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Private Banking organization by deepening knowledge of banking products and expanding your network across operations, technology, compliance, legal, and business functions.
• Refine client service skills by partnering with PWM PWAs and WMPS to assist clients with account enrollment, product inquiries, and ongoing service of banking products.
• Participate in innovative fraud strategy development to protect client and firm assets from the growing fraud landscape.
• Demonstrate strong control and risk management skills by ensuring compliance with industry regulations and firm policies.

• Bachelor’s degree; prior experience in financial services is a plus.
• Proven client service skills, teamwork, and a sense of urgency for time‑sensitive and confidential tasks.
• Ability to develop and nurture relationships with senior business leaders across divisions.
• Self‑motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability for projects, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment.
