JCW is a commercial bank based in the Salt Lake City metro area and is looking to add a member to their Strategic Partner Compliance team to work with their Fintech partners. This role would report into the VP of Strategic Partner Compliance.
Role Responsibilities- Act as the SME for the bank for lending compliance rules/regulations for the Strategic Partners of the bank.
- Oversee the Strategic Partner's compliance management system to be compliant with the Bank Compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist with the banks compliance team for state/federal exams and audits.
- 5+ years of Strategic Partner Compliance experience working with Fintech partners in banking.
- Familiarity with Consumer Compliance regulations including UDAAP, ECOA, TILA, FCRA, etc.
- CRCM certification preferred.
