Tax Preparer

This is a full-time remote role for a Tax Preparer. The Tax Preparer will be responsible for managing tax preparation tasks, organizing financial statements, staying updated on tax laws, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Tasks will include organizing data to tax ready status, preparing and filing tax returns, performing financial analysis, and providing expert financial and tax advice to support client goals.

• Proficiency in Tax Preparation, Tax, and Tax Law
• Experience in Venture Capital
• Experience with 1065s and K1s, K2s, and K3s
• Understanding of Financial Statements and Finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Previous experience in tax preparation or financial services preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field desirable
