- Financial Strategy Development :Leadthecreationandexecutionoffinancialstrategiesalignedwithorganizationalgoals.
- Compliance and Risk Management :Maintaincompliancewithlocalandinternationalfinancialregulations;overseeinternalcontrolsandriskmitigation.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Collaboratewithseniorleadership,auditors,andexternalpartnerstosupportfinancialtransparencyandstrategicinitiatives.
- Bachelor’sdegreein
Finance,Accounting,orarelatedfield;
Master’sdegreeisaplus. - SOCPAcertificationisrequired.
- Minimumof5–7yearsofprogressiveexperienceinfinancialmanagement,includingatleast2yearsinaleadershiprole.
- Strong analytical,problem-solving,andinterpersonalskills.
- Proficiencyinfinancialsoftwareand
ERPsystems.
