A recognized leader in the consumer goods industry with operations across multiple international markets is seeking a talented Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This is a financially strong, debt‑free organization with a long track record of stability, growth, and strong employee retention.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct financial analysis on new projects, products, and promotions
- Evaluate financial viability of proposed initiatives and alignment with business objectives
- Develop and monitor annual expense plans for assigned departments
Create key performance indicators for non‑financial leaders to improve operational performance - Identify and report on business metrics that impact growth, profitability, and strategy
- Provide analytical insights and problem‑solving support to department leaders
- Partner with category teams and functional groups on profit improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics
- 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within FP&A
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
- Advanced Excel skills; VBA and SQL experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Willingness to relocate (relocation assistance provided)
