A recognized leader in the consumer goods industry with operations across multiple international markets is seeking a talented Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This is a financially strong, debt‑free organization with a long track record of stability, growth, and strong employee retention.

You will partner closely with leaders in Marketing, Sales, and Finance to analyze new products, promotions, and strategic initiatives.

• Conduct financial analysis on new projects, products, and promotions
• Evaluate financial viability of proposed initiatives and alignment with business objectives
• Develop and monitor annual expense plans for assigned departments
  
  Create key performance indicators for non‑financial leaders to improve operational performance
• Identify and report on business metrics that impact growth, profitability, and strategy
• Provide analytical insights and problem‑solving support to department leaders
• Partner with category teams and functional groups on profit improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics
• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within FP&A
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA and SQL experience a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to relocate (relocation assistance provided)
