In this key role, you'll work closely with our sales teams and finance partners to ensure a seamless and transparent buying experience for every customer. - Collaborate with sales teams to structure and finalize finance and lease deals.
- Present and sell finance and insurance products such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, and protection plans in alignment with dealership and 20-Group standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple lenders and finance sources.
- Review and submit deal paperwork accurately, ensuring timely funding and compliance.
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales consultants on F&I processes and product knowledge.
- Maintain all required documentation, licenses, and compliance records.
- Support dealership profitability goals by optimizing finance penetration and maintaining high CSI scores.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure understanding and satisfaction throughout the process.
- 2+ years of experience as an Automotive F&I Manager or in a related high-performance automotive sales role.
- Solid understanding of dealership finance, leasing, and compliance processes.
- Proficiency in financial software, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving department KPIs and sales goals.
- AFIP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Stable work history and strong alignment with company culture and values.
