We are currently recruiting a Practice Management Consultant to join our team on site at one of our locations;
Downtown Salt Lake City, UT or Houston, TX, Galleria areaor Los Angeles, CA with other CA locations considered.

Position Summary The Practice Management Consultant serves as a strategic partner to Market Leaders, Service Manager, Director of Financial Planning, and Director of Investment Management, working with financial advisors, planners, portfolio managers, and client support teams to drive team development, operational excellence, and continuous learning. This role blends training, client material curation, and product management to elevate team performance and enhance the client experience across the wealth management lifecycle.

The Consultant is a thought leader, championing best practices and fostering a culture of innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities Training & Education Build, own, and run a formal onboarding and training program for all core business lines within Wealth (Advisor, Wealth Select, Planning, Portfolio Management), ensuring consistency, excellence, and adaptability to evolving industry standards.
