Investment Analyst

One of Insight Global's top investment banking clients is seeking an RIA Custody Analyst to join their Broker Operations team. This position supports Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) custody operations and plays a key role in managing risk, controls, and operational processes related to investment products and transactions.

The team partners closely with business stakeholders to support growth initiatives while ensuring operational integrity across the trade lifecycle. From new product launches to transaction processing and market expansion efforts, this group is responsible for developing and maintaining the processes and controls that keep the business running efficiently.

• Develop a strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and operational workflows for RIA investment products, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and retirement products.
• Partner with brokerage, execution, and servicing teams to provide exceptional client support while managing operational and exposure risks.
• Collaborate with internal business partners to support growth initiatives while maintaining strong risk and control standards.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, strengthen controls, and improve scalability through evolving tools and technology.

• 1+ years of experience within a financial services or banking environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of asset servicing, portfolio management, custody, clearing, or securities operations.
• Experience with risk management, operational controls, and analytical problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and explain complex concepts to a variety of internal stakeholders.
