Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Strategic Commercial Finance team within Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Strategic Commercial Finance serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, delivering actionable financial insights that drive enterprise strategy, optimize financial performance, and support long-term shareholder value creation.

Our FP&A organization focuses on improving balance sheet returns, increasing fee income, enhancing operational efficiency, and leveraging process automation to support sustainable growth. Team members work directly with senior executives across the organization and contribute to highly visible initiatives that influence strategic decisions at the Executive Leadership Team and Board levels.

This role will provide dedicated financial support to the Bank's Capital Markets Division
, partnering closely with business leaders responsible for foreign exchange (FX), interest rate derivatives, commodities, loan syndications, securities underwriting, and real estate capital markets activities. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic finance partner responsible for financial planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, executive reporting, and decision support for one of the Bank's most dynamic and sophisticated business lines.

Responsibilities:

As a senior member of the Strategic Commercial Finance team, you will operate as a trusted advisor to Capital Markets leadership and Finance executives, delivering financial insights and recommendations that influence business performance and strategic outcomes. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serve as the primary finance partner supporting the Bank's Capital Markets Division, providing financial analysis and actionable insights to business and executive leadership.

• Produce, validate, and distribute daily P&L reporting for capital markets portfolios, providing analysis of revenue drivers and significant performance variances.

• Lead the annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Capital Markets business lines.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain executive-level financial models that support revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, resource planning, and strategic initiatives.
