International Tax Manager

Our client is looking for a International Tax Manager to join its Tax Risk Management team, reporting to the Tax Director. You’ll support domestic and international tax compliance, tax accounting, and strategic initiatives, so it’s a good move for someone who wants more exposure across compliance, reporting, and planning.

• Prepare and review U.S. federal and state corporate income tax returns (Form 1120) and support international filings (Forms 5471, 8858)
• Handle technical calculations and analysis, including GILTI, FDII, CAMT, FTC, and 861 allocations
• Prepare and review annual tax provisions, including deferred tax analysis (ASC 740)
• Identify tax planning opportunities and support risk mitigation, including transaction due diligence
• Help improve tax processes through automation, better data management, and audit readiness

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or Master’s in Taxation is a plus)
• 5+ years of corporate tax experience, including international tax and tax provision
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. tax framework (GILTI, FDII, CAMT) and international/OECD principles
• Experience with ASC 740
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with tax research tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
