Master Esthetician – Rise Rejuvenation Center

Rise Rejuvenation Center is seeking a skilled, passionate, and client‑focused Master Esthetician to join our team of results‑driven skincare professionals. This role is ideal for a licensed esthetician who is confident in performing advanced treatments, continuously learning, and contributing to a collaborative and elevated client experience.

As a key part of our esthetics team, you’ll be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and customized treatments, staying current with industry trends and protocols, and participating in team training, marketing initiatives, and community events. • Perform a wide range of advanced esthetic services including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, lasers, microneedling, LED therapy, and more.
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to create customized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on pre‑and post‑care, product recommendations, and ongoing skin health.
• Maintain accurate and compliant chart notes and documentation.

• Attend in‑house training sessions, vendor‑led certifications, and advanced education events.
• Stay informed on the latest trends, ingredients, and technologies in medical aesthetics.
• Maintain required licensure and continuing education credits.
• Be open to coaching, feedback, and evolving protocols to ensure clinical excellence.
• Work closely with esthetic, medical, and wellness teams to support ethical client care.
• Participate in team meetings, peer reviews, and collaborative goal‑setting.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and uplifting work environment.

• Participate in before/after photos, video content, and marketing campaigns (with client consent).
• Maintain a professional presence on social media to promote treatments and skincare education.
• Provide testimonials, content ideas, or skincare tips for Rise’s social platforms and newsletters.

• Support and attend company events, open houses, or local collaborations.
• Engage with clients and prospects as a brand ambassador for Rise’s services and values.

• Licensed Master Esthetician in the state of practice (required)
• 1–3 years of esthetic experience preferred; new grads with strong skills and passion welcome
• Proficient in both relaxing and results‑driven treatments
• Strong understanding of skin conditions, treatment plans, and product recommendations
• Comfortable with or willing to learn advanced modalities (peels, microneedling, lasers, RF, etc.)
• Excellent communication, time management, and client service skills
• Commitment to personal and professional growth
• Team player with a passion for empowering clients through skincare

• EMR and scheduling software (e.g., Zenoti, Aesthetic Record, Vagaro, Boulevard or similar)
• Advanced treatment devices and skincare systems
• Google Workspace, team communication platforms, and training tools
• Social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.) for educational or promotional content

Salt Lake City, UT. Salary: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour.
