Recovery Support Staff

First Step House is hiring Full-time Recovery Support Staff I & II located in Salt Lake City, Utah!! (Graveyard Shift only)

The Recovery Support Staff reports directly to the House Manager. The Recovery Support Staff may also receive direction from the Recovery Support Staff Manager
; Recovery Support Staff Assistant Manager and the Director of Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services
.

  • $20.40-$23.99 per hour
  • Grave shift 6:45 PM - 7 AM
  • Shifts:

    Thursday - Sundays

Our full-time benefits include:

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Performs property rounds to ensure the safety of clients and staff.
  • Answers Main House phone and directs inquiries appropriately.
  • Ensures client compliance to House Rules by issuing violations.
  • Performs data entry that includes violation, pass log, and client satisfaction surveys.
  • Administers urinalysis and breathalyzer testing in accordance with department policy.
  • Attends to clients questions and concerns and refers treatment-related issues to clinical staff when appropriate.
  • Interacts with all clients in a sensitive and professional manner
