Occupational Therapist

Department: Quality Care Rehab

Location: Monument Health Murray Creek

Compensation: $40.15 - $47.00 / hour

• Evaluation and Assessment:
  Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the functional status, strengths, and limitations of patients across various settings, including physical, cognitive, sensory, and emotional aspects.
• Treatment Planning and Implementation:
  Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, therapeutic goals, and patient preferences.
• Patient Education and Training:
  Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the therapeutic process, adaptive strategies, and techniques to facilitate functional improvements.
• Collaboration and Interdisciplinary Teamwork:
  Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, such as Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, physical therapists, speech‑language pathologists, nurses, and physicians.
• Progress Monitoring and Outcome Measurement:
  Continuously monitor patient progress, reassess goals, and modify treatment plans as needed.

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current license/certification in the state of practice.
• (ADLs), Assessment, Evaluation.
