Starting rate increased to $16.00 per hour!!! If you are a compassionate, caring, energetic, creative and fun individual that enjoys helping individuals with disabilities achieve their greatest potential, Futures Through Choices has an open position for a Direct Care Support staff.

The Direct Care staff provides the following services to our clients:

• Helping the clients become as self‑sufficient as they are physically and mentally able. This may include helping the client prepare meals and assisting them with hygiene needs (toileting, showering, and changing briefs when needed).
• Helping the clients make the best choices for themselves, for example by helping the client choose healthy menus while promoting their right to make choices.
• Taking clients out into the community, attending events with them, preparing crafts and other appropriate activities for the clients.
• Ensuring the living area and surrounding areas are safe and sanitary, including basic housekeeping and laundry.

All of these opportunities allow our clients to achieve a greater level of independent living.

This is an entry level, part‑time position and pays $16.00 per hour. We offer flexible schedules with available shifts in mornings, swings, weekends, and graves.
