Supports administrative operations and coordination of human subjects research studies.

• Maintain supply inventory, including ordering supplemental test articles and returning unused test articles to sponsor.
• Prepare and maintain regulatory documents.
• Enter demographic information into a database.
• Determine visit windows from protocol, schedule subject visits and send visit reminders.
• Organize and prepare area for study related equipment and supplies.
• Schedule and coordinate pre‑study and monitor site visits.
• Transmit Case Report Form data by fax, express mail, or other means dictated by sponsor.
• Ensure study visits and procedures do not conflict with existing schedules.
• May provide basic patient care.

• Associates degree or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience).
• Completion of HIPAA Privacy & Security training may be required within two to five days of hire.
• Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills also required.
• Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.
