Mountain Land Physical Therapy is a private practice leading the nation in advancing musculoskeletal care. With one‑third of primary care visits related to musculoskeletal conditions and a growing shortage of physicians, we put physical therapists at the front of care, equipped with diagnostic imaging in many clinics for faster, more accurate treatment.
Responsibilities- Manage a balanced caseload:
Top performers treat an average of 11‑12 patients per day, with one‑on‑one dedicated time with each patient. Double‑booking is allowed only if it is not excessive, you are comfortable, and it does not negatively impact care. - Autonomy in treatment:
You’ve mastered your craft and we respect your philosophy on patient care. We give you the freedom to treat using innovative approaches and apply continuing‑education skills to deliver the best possible outcomes. - Collaborate with a high‑level team:
Work alongside experienced therapists, sports specialists, and local medical professionals to deliver cutting‑edge rehabilitation.
- Less time documenting:
Our providers report increased work‑life balance through an AI‑driven, HIPAA‑compliant EMR platform that reduces documentation time. - Ownership and growth opportunities:
Join our Director Pathway that teaches you how to manage an outpatient clinic. As a director, you gain ownership opportunity in Mountain Land PT as a whole and access to other pathways such as diagnostic imaging or internal continuing education that promotes advanced certifications such as becoming an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
- Ability to adapt to different work settings
- Current PT license or ability to obtain (no sanction)
- A passion for outpatient orthopedic therapy
