As our Manager, Revenue Cycle Operations, you will help managers and processes to achieve metrics and drive continuous improvement of customer experience. Every day you will, identify and implement change as necessary, function as a liaison to the client and provide strong leadership to the overall call center team. To thrive in this role you must, commit to excellence through continuous staff development and engagement, service, knowledge, skills, and moral.
Whatyou will experience working as a Manager, Revenue Cycle Operations:
- Effective leadership and analytical skills include working knowledge of coaching, staffing models, and scheduling.
- Expert in insurance processes and patient billing, enhancing operational efficiency and revenue cycle performance
- Exceptional ability to partner with other departments within the organization to drive results.
- Ability to mentor and build relationships to effectively manage group and interpersonal conflict situations
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills – including statistical report writing.
- Exhibits strong leadership skills that enhance team performance, optimize metrics, and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Computer skills:
Microsoft outlook and word with advanced excel skills.
- Bachelor of arts or science degree or higher preferred
- 3-4 years in supervisor and above role
- 5-8 years in revenue cycle operations
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $65,342.00 - $94,799.70 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
